| fumes to escape freely. I can fix the rubber valve; however, I am concerned because there was a small amount of condensed gasoline pooled at the bottom of this vent line. There is a dip in the hard line (where Robo's ring finger is) before it exits into the metal flange and out into the atmosphere. Condensed gas vapors collect here.
The condensed gas is probably the source of the fuel order; and the bleeder tear allowed the fumes to easy vent off into the garage. If the bleeder valve fix doesn't fix the problem; Then I'm going to drop the vent line straight drop out of the bottom of the car, eliminating any low points which could allow condensed vapor to pool. Hopefully that will prevent any build up of liquid gas in this line. And then add the bleeder to the bottom of this line.
